Dr. Mysmi Chick was born and raised in the Techlean Corporate division village of Lyktos in the Eurydan Mountain Range. From an early age Mysmi was fascinated by stories of the ancient Moirai Society and the myths and legends that surrounded them. The local Lyktos Moirai shrine was a favorite haunt of Mysmi. When missing from school or chores, she could always be found there exploring the underground caverns or studying wall carvings.

At fourteen, when she reached the Techlean legal age of Minor Decision, she left Lyktos and the mountains behind to attend Techlean Historical University on a Corporate Indenture Scholarship. At THU she concentrated on Moirai Studies and Archeology. While still completing her degree she began her Corporate Indenture and worked several Moirai digs. After receiving her doctorate at age 19, she began working off her indenture full time by organizing and supervising Corporate archeological digs.

By age 25 Dr.Chick had fully worked of her Indenture and left Corporate research for a semi-private organization over which she would have greater control. She set up MedievalChick.com as an organization that was wholly devoted to the Moirai and other happenings of the time period. Since then, with the blessing of the Techlean Corporate, she has used the MedievalChick.com Archives as a repository for her past and present work.

Currently, Dr. Chick is on an expedition in Asteria in search of a Moirai Atlas believed to contain all Moirai collected geographical information of the great continent.
